BP004732: Human CD30/TNFRSF8 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 Protein, (amino acids Phe19-Lys379) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 65.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD30 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD30 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD30/TNFRSF8 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-95 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD30 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD30 Ligand protein with the C-mFc (IgG2a) tag with the EC50 of 10.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
